Project Description

The project brief called for an extensive upgrade, extensions and renovations to Regent Place shopping centre complex located on the corner of Oxford Road and Cradock Avenue in Rosebank. The buildings are situated centrally to the Rosebank node and within walking distance from the Rosebank Gautrain station. The courtyard now forms a focal point in the bustling office and retail area with pods as pause areas and an easier flow of movement throughout the centre.
