Witbank Retail Development

Project Description

The client brief was to plan for a convenience retail development set in the semi-rural section of Witbank. The centre is to be anchored by a large food outlet combined with clothing and furniture stores,  drive-thrus and a vehicle fitment centre. The centre is situated in close proximity to a number of housing developments. The precinct is further strengthened by plans for a high density housing development as a final stage.
