UP Entrance

Project Description

Crucial to the process of expanding the Engineering Precinct, was to address the parking and vehicular flow on and off Campus. The parkade needed to be accommodated in a sub-security zone, which led to the entrance having to filter pedestrian, public parking and staff parking in a flexible system that could address every eventuality, including parking for the adjacent sport stadium. The solution was to split the flows vertically. Facilitating this, a new entrance from University Road was constructed.
