Project Description

Being the first tertiary institution of it’s kind for the then Department of Education and Training the facility needed to be a centre of excellence to the students. It also needed to serve the community. The college was designed to accommodate cutting edge academical and technical facilities. Furthermore it was open to the public for further adult education after hours. The central square served as a community square surrounded by the library and information centre, community hall, laboratories and the campus canteen.
