Project Description

A phased development proposal of 4 individual A Grade Buildings with a total gross lettable area of 25 000m².  The Building aesthetic takes advantage of its context by opening up to the adjacent Hennops River as an extension of the ground surface. The  prime location is enhanced by excellent visibility from the N1 High Way.
