Project Description

Straddling one of the water ways of the precinct, this regional head office has moved this corporate from their inner city position into a cutting edge office park. The subterranean parkade facilitates direct access for office dwellers to the unique urban environment that includes meanders along the water ways and access to water taxis in a well landscaped environment. The mainly open offices surround a four level atrium which accommodates informal style seating and an open canteen area on the floor level.
