Project Description

Notably the first upmarket enclosed mall in a previously disadvantaged urban setting. Being built with the strong driving force of wanting to provide an appropriate first world facility in the upwardly mobile community, much debate and community interaction gave rise to a well received and supported centre. The overwhelming support from national tenants saw the concept grow to a fully enclosed mall being anchored by Shoprite and supported by a strong fashion, white goods and furniture component.
