An asset protection brief of adding parking, renovation of the façades and adding new interconnecting GLA. This challenging project was carried out whilst fully occupied, one of which is a major asset managing firm. The main objective of the extension and upgrade was to increase and protect the rental income for the property over the medium to long term. The approved project allowed for a new parking deck structure, façade treatment to the existing buildings, a central entrance and lift lobby, closing up the existing atria and thereby increasing lease space, electrical compliance and the installation of an improved air-conditioning system.
