Meadowdale Mall

Project Description

Located on Edenvale / Van Riebeeck Road, Meadowdale, Germiston, between the R24 and N12 highways. The mall consisted of a GLA of approximately 36 000m² and was extended to ±52 275m², of which ±44 000m² has been allocated for retail and the remainder towards office, yard and storage space. The Mall is anchored by a Checkers Hyper, which had a full refurbishment to their store. As part of the redevelopment a second food anchor along with a few well known fashion stores, restaurants and fast food outlets were added. Dischem has recently been added to the existing mall, giving visitors a better shoppers experience.
