Project Description

Situated on one of the most visible corners in the new Hatfield redeveloped urban context, this mixed-use development proposal comprises of retail, showrooms, offices and 172 residential apartments. Being in close proximity of the Hatfield Gautrain station, it serves as a bespoke retail and office destination with residential apartments targeted at young professional couples with an academic association.
