Project Description

The well located but tired retail centre, was in need of a remodelling and expansion. The main Spar food outlet was expanded to 1500m² and the interior upgraded to be state of the art. Emphasis was placed on shading the most western facing facades to provide deep shaded areas onto the shopfronts.
