Project Description

The tallest element of the building houses the office component, while the lower element houses the retail component which is complimented by public functions with meeting rooms, canteen and auditorium. Coffee lounges and outside roof decks are provided on the lower levels, while on the upper levels, an executive social program has been incorporated. This includes media rooms, meeting rooms, executive apartments, cocktail lounges and executive dining and events area. All in all this building can be said to be a hybrid of a hotel and office building in creating of a new typology to banking convenience and comfort.
