Project Description

This shopping center situated in a bustling student area and adjacent to the Hatfield Gautrain station is undergoing a refurbishment with a new entrance from Grosvenor Street for Gautrain student commuters for easier access to student residences and the University of Pretoria. Additional refurbishments include a shaded facade, food court and container kiosks to add value to the retail environment of the area.
