Project Description

The model mixed use development finds it’s impetus in the direct link to the Hatfield Gautrain station. As counter point the 100 year old Hatfield school is situated diagonally across the open square. The development consists of transient retail, office towers and a hotel. The residential component consists of long stay and upmarket apartments.
