Project Description

Being responsible for the concept design and documentation, as part of a consortium of architects, arc Pretoria was responsible for adressing the heritage interphases, design and sustainability to achieve a GBSA Green Star rating of 4. The utilzation of photovoltaic fenestration to induce energy onto the internal grid, is considered a first in RSA and drew a special SAPOA award for ‘innovation’ .
