Deloitte Head Office

Project Description

The proposal is a response to the RFP call for the new Head Office for Deloitte South Africa, widely recognized as one of the most forward thinking and technologically advanced international corporates. The proposal harnessed core assets of their existing primary building in the Woodlands Parkland setting. The new was blended seamlessly into the existing high value building fabric and connective infra-structure. The creative solution offered a cascade of varied collaborative work spaces, culminating in social interactive landscaped decks that offer the visitor direct contact with fauna and flora in the connective working realm.

Following the decision to have the Deloitte offices consolidated in Midrand, this proposal was not followed through but received First Runner Up status.
