Project Description

The project consists of a 40 unit development. Each unit has 4 luxury bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with individual study spaces and separate wash up area. Extensive space planning was implemented to ensure that the rooms and central living area creates an efficient, well circulated space. The main focus of this development is to consider the needs and lifestyle of a student, by providing green gathering spaces, a laundry room and a separate study area where students can work collaboratively.
