Head Office proposal in Ghana

Project Description

This project proposal called for a new central Head Office for a leading bank group in Ghana. The reception and entrance space is an important window into the organization’s brand and values.  The branch and the ATM’s are situated in close proximity to the main reception. Two atria have been provided to allow for ample natural light and landscaping to filter into the building in the reception area as well as the office spaces. The podium levels host training facilities, client facing meeting rooms, open offices and a supporting community hub. Workplace standards focus on combining a variety of work zones in order to maximize employee activity. The space planning approach for the floor plate focuses on centralizing “support” zones. These support zones include quiet zones; eat, meet and greet zones; collaborative zones and meeting rooms.
