Project Description

Situated on Centurion Lake and revitalised by the proximity of the Gautrain, the existing office building needed to be repositioned in the market. Effective strip down to the structural frame opened the opportunity to provide new facades, services and finishes to uplift such building to an A-grade office. Infrastructure was upgraded and improved to increase parking ratios and enhance the landscape.
